Linking you to local food assistance programs (food banks, SNAP).
Providing specialized guidance on housing resources, including assisting with the Nevada Housing Division's "Home Is Possible" program and connecting you to other housing assistance.
Connecting you with transportation solutions for medical appointments.
Identifying mental health and substance abuse support services.
Referrals to job training, education, and legal aid.
Health Education & Coaching
Providing clear, easy-to-understand information on managing specific chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease).
Offering specialized education and coaching for respiratory conditions (like COPD, asthma, sleep apnea) drawing on my expertise as a Registered Respiratory Therapist and Pulmonary Disease Educator.
Sharing guidance on nutrition, exercise, and healthy lifestyle choices tailored to chronic care.
Offering support for preventive care and screenings relevant to your condition.

Individual Sessions: Personalized Guidance
For one-on-one, tailored support encompassing healthcare navigation, pulmonary disease education, housing assistance, and social service connections, my rate is $60 per hour. This direct investment provides you with my undivided attention, unique blend of expertise, and hands-on assistance to simplify complex processes and connect you to the exact resources you need.
Insurance Coverage & Eligibility
I am a registered provider with Medicaid and several private insurance plans. This means many of my services may be available to you at no out-of-pocket cost, depending on your specific policy and eligibility. Please reach out, and I will gladly help you verify your insurance benefits and confirm your coverage for my services.
Group Training & Workshops: Community Learning
For educational group training sessions or workshops designed for 5 or more people, the rate is $300 per session, for up to 2 hours. These sessions offer a cost-effective way to gain valuable knowledge on topics like managing chronic conditions, understanding respiratory health, or navigating social service systems within a supportive community environment.
Important Notes on Fees
To maintain transparency, please note that materials and handouts for educational sessions may incur separate fees. Additionally, any associated application forms and filing fees required by external service providers (e.g., for housing programs, public benefits) are the responsibility of the client.
